Sensory exercises, social scripts, and calm-down sequences — designed by board-certified behavior analysts who've spent thousands of hours in session.
Will this work for my child?
Built in session. Tested at home.
Every exercise in Spectrum was developed by BCBAs using evidence-based ABA protocols — then refined with real families across 18 months of beta testing. Not in a lab. In kitchens, school hallways, and parking lots.
"After three years of trying different apps, Spectrum is the first one my son actually asks for by name. He calls it 'his calm app.'"

"The sensory profiles actually work. My daughter went from a 45-minute meltdown cycle to under 12 minutes using the calm-down sequences."
"I've recommended Spectrum to fourteen families this quarter alone. The data export for IEP documentation alone is worth it."

The protocol library maps directly to ABA principles. It's not gamification dressed up as therapy — it's therapy, delivered accessibly.
What does a session look like?
Calm by design,
not by chance.
Each session opens with a 90-second sensory check-in that sets the tone. From there, Spectrum adapts — shorter exercises on hard days, deeper dives when your child is regulated. No timers. No pressure. No wrong answers.

Sensory Regulation
Breathing guides, body-scan sequences, and proprioceptive exercises calibrated to each child's sensory profile.

Social Scripts
Step-by-step conversation guides for 40+ real-world scenarios — from greetings to conflict resolution.

Calm-Down Sequences
Therapist-designed de-escalation flows that work even when verbal communication is unavailable.

Progress Tracking
Exportable reports mapped to IEP goals. Your BCBA gets data. You get peace of mind.
A typical 15-minute session
No commitment required. Spectrum fits into the gaps — before school, after therapy, at bedtime.
Is it clinician-approved?
Not designed by an algorithm. Designed by people who've been in the room.
Every protocol, every visual, every timing decision was reviewed by practicing behavior analysts and occupational therapists — then tested in real clinical settings before launch.

22 years · Early intervention, sensory integration

14 years · School-based ABA, social skills training

18 years · Sensory processing, pediatric OT
Who designed the clinical protocols?
All exercises were co-designed by a team of 7 BCBAs with a combined 90+ years of clinical experience, then reviewed by an independent ethics board. No protocol was included without peer review.
Is Spectrum a replacement for therapy?
No — and we're explicit about that. Spectrum is a between-session companion tool. It's designed to extend the work your BCBA or OT is already doing, not replace human clinical judgment.
Can my BCBA access my child's data?
Yes. With your consent, you can share a read-only progress dashboard with any clinician. The export includes session frequency, exercise completion rates, and flagged regulation events.
Can adults use it too?
Late diagnosis doesn't mean starting over. It means finally having a map.
Spectrum has a dedicated adult pathway — built for late-diagnosed adults, self-advocates, and the therapists who work with them. The exercises are different. The language is different. The pace is yours.
Masking recovery
Exercises that rebuild authentic self-expression after years of social camouflage.
Workplace scripts
Navigating meetings, feedback, ambiguous communication, and sensory-hostile offices.
Shutdown support
Recognizing early shutdown signals and de-escalating before they become crises.
Self-advocacy tools
Language for communicating needs to employers, partners, and healthcare providers.
"I was diagnosed at 34. I'd spent my whole career masking and burning out on repeat. Spectrum gave me a framework to understand my own nervous system — finally."

"I use Spectrum between client sessions. The social scripts module is something I now recommend to every adult client navigating workplace communication."

Spectrum's clinician dashboard lets you assign exercises, track compliance, and export session notes — without adding another complex software system to your workflow.
